POLICIES

In order to respect our guests & employees time, we have put these policies in place.  These policies ensure we stay on schedule and give our clients 100% of our time and devotion.

 

  • When booking online or in person you are agreeing to the following policies.

  • You are required confirm your online booking with a Credit Card, your card is NOT charged when confirming your appointment.  If you do not give the required 24 hours’ notice to cancel, reschedule or you no show your appointment, only then would your card be charged according to our policies.

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

  • Failure to give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.

  • Failure to give 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the service booked.

  • Late arrivals may be subject to the above fees, if you choose to continue with your service, please note that your service time will not extend past your booked time and you will still be charged 100% of the service booked.  Appointments will be held to a maximum of 10 minutes, please allow time for parking, to fill out forms, had you not already done so online, or for a washroom break.

  • No Shows- you will still be charged 100% of your booked service.

  • NO REFUNDS are given for any service rendered.  If you have an issue with your service, please reach out within 24 hours of your service and we will be happy to address your concerns.  No complimentary action will be taken after the 24-hour period.

  • Products purchased-unused/unopened product returned within 7 days of purchase will get in house credit only.  No returns on opened/used products.

In the event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no charges are required regardless of the time given.

CANCELATIONS-RESCHEDULES & TARDINESS 

GIFT VOUCHERS 

If you have a gift voucher to use on the day, we require you to quote your voucher number when making a booking.  If you no show to your appointment, your voucher will be used to cover the cost of your service.  No show/Rescheduling/Late Arrival  policies apply for voucher paid appointments.

WAITING LIST 

Can't get an appointment at the time you desired? Text 604.355.8714 to see if we can fit you in or to go on our waiting list .

 

ARRIVAL 

Please arrive on time and have your forms filled out online. If you have not filled out your online forms please arrive 5-10 minutes early. This will give you the necessary time to settle in and fill out any forms or use the bathroom and remove any make-up if need be. We don't want to use up any of your service time for these tasks so please arrive to your appointment with the appropriate time needed as we do not go over your allotted scheduled time.

IMPORTANT 

We offer professional Beauty/Medical Esthetic services therefore it is the clients responsibility to make sure all makeup product or/and old strip lash glue is removed prior to your appointment.
